SpaceX Crew Capsule Failure Could Delay Its First Manned Flight A SpaceX capsule designed to ferry NASA astronauts to the International Space Station suffered a failure during an engine test Saturday afternoon that sent a billowing plume of smoke into the air over Cape Canaveral, Florida. No one was injured, and it was not clear what caused the accident or how serious it was. In a statement, the company said the failure occurred as it was conducting "a series of engine tests." The initial tests were "completed successfully, but the final test resulted in an anomaly on the test stand." The failure comes at a critical time for the California-based company founded by Elon Musk . It hopes to fly astronauts to the space station as soon as this year as part of NASA's "commercial crew program." And it comes ahead of tests of the capsule's escape system, which is designed to jettison the spacecraft away from its rocket in the event of an emergency

Samsung’s new green initiative puts the planet first Samsung has been committed to reducing its plastic footprint ever since announcing the Samsung Environmental Declaration in 1992. The company has implemented a variety of environmentally responsible policies to raise awareness of plastic’s impact on the environment. The most recent of them is the sustainability policy which it announced earlier this year. Samsung plans to first limit, and ultimately replace plastic packaging from all its products. The policy is already in force starting with the Galaxy S10 series. The Galaxy S10’s packaging uses eco-friendly materials instead of plastics and vinyl. Samsung has also redesigned the box and its interiors to use as fewer resources as possible. In a new video, the company has explained and how its “sustainability efforts are putting the planet first,” while detailing the impact of plastic on the environment. Google's $9,000 googly - Pixel 3 user asks for refund, gets 10 new units in return After-sales service is a crucial part of a company's relationship with its customers but only a handful of them get positive feedback. The reason behind dismal ratings given by customers is the lack of quality of service but what when a company goes overboard in its attempt to redeem. Google did something bizarre when a disgruntled Pixel 3 (Review) user returned his faulty unit for replacement.  The user, who goes by u/Cheetohz on Reddit (as reported by Android Police), claims he sent his Pixel 3 for replacement as it began showing stutters. Google did not respond to his request to issue a replacement unit. The company refunded a fraction of the total amount - $80 paid as tax, while $900 is still owed to the user. Realising his request had hit a dead end, the user placed an order for a new Pixel 3 (Not Pink colour) unit in a separate transaction.  Here's when things went downhi
